Bringing Back Connection After Bringing Home Baby

Introducing a child into your life can be one of the most joyful—and most overwhelming—experiences. Between sleepless nights, shifting roles, and the pressures of new parenthood, it’s easy for intimacy to take a back seat. Many couples find themselves feeling distant, disconnected, or unsure how to communicate about their changing needs. This 1.5-hour virtual class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your partner and your sexual self. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based communication strategies, the impact of stress on desire, and how to redefine intimacy after having a baby. You’ll learn ways to express your needs, understand your partner’s, and rebuild connection even when energy is low. We’ll also talk about sex after childbirth—including how to navigate physical and emotional changes, deal with sexual pain if it arises, and rebuild confidence and pleasure at your own pace. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about sex and relationships, answered by trained therapists in a judgment-free environment. This course is perfect for couples (or individuals) who want to strengthen their bond, feel more seen, and explore new ways to foster intimacy during a transformative life chapter.
