Come As You Are Group Therapy

Low desire, sexual shame, and disconnection from pleasure are more common than many women realize—but they don’t have to be permanent. Whether you’re struggling to feel desire, curious about your own sexual wiring, or simply want to better understand your body and mind, this group offers a safe space to explore it all. The Come As You Are Group Therapy program is a 6-week virtual group for women who want to reconnect with their sexual selves in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Guided by the groundbreaking book Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski, this group will explore the science of sexuality, the impact of stress and culture on desire, and how to move toward a more compassionate, pleasure-focused relationship with yourself. Rooted in sex-positive, evidence-based practices, this group is perfect for anyone wanting to feel less alone and more empowered in their sexual journey.
