Hi, I’m Kayla Brumm, currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky, with certificates in Clinical Social Work, Trauma-Informed Care, and Substance Use Disorders expected upon graduation in May 2025. My passion lies in helping individuals and couples foster healthy communication, explore their sexuality, and process feelings of guilt or shame.

With personal experience as a military spouse, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that military couples face, especially around intimacy during and after deployment. I also work with service members navigating their sexuality, offering a supportive and understanding space. Growing up in the South, I know firsthand the stigma, guilt, and fear often tied to desire, sexuality, and kink. My goal is to help clients release internalized shame and embrace their authentic selves.

I am committed to providing gender-affirming care and creating a respectful, empathetic, and empowering environment. My approach is client-centered, focusing on helping you find confidence and comfort in your body and life. By being present with you through pain, discomfort, fear, joy, and all that life brings, I strive to create a safe space where you can truly thrive.
