Mindfulness with Grace
Life can feel loud—busy schedules, anxious thoughts, emotional overload, and the pressure to “handle it” without support. Mindfulness with Grace is an 8-week virtual therapy group designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build practical tools for responding to stress with more steadiness and self-compassion.
Through guided mindfulness practices and gentle reflection, this group supports participants in strengthening emotional awareness, reducing reactivity, and building a more grounded relationship with their inner experience—without needing to “fix” themselves first.
