Sara Molony
Hi, I’m Sara Molony, a Master’s student at Xavier University working toward my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, set to graduate in December 2025. My passion for this work stems from my personal journey of overcoming the shame and guilt I was taught to associate with sex growing up. Learning to unlearn those messages and embrace my own identity inspired me to help others do the same and ignited my desire to create a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can explore their identities, desires, and relationships without fear or judgment.
I believe in empowering my clients through open dialogue and a focus on consent, pleasure, and exploration. Whether you’re navigating intimacy challenges, uncovering your authentic self, or seeking a deeper understanding of your desires, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can build the tools and confidence you need to embrace a life that aligns with your true self.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients break free from the constraints of societal stigma, purity culture, and other barriers that impact sexual wellness and self-acceptance. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
