Strengthening Military Couples Group Therapy

Military life presents unique challenges that can strain even the strongest relationships. Whether it’s deployment, reintegration, or managing the stressors of military culture, couples often need a supportive space to reconnect and strengthen their bond. The Strengthening Military Couples Group Therapy program is an 8-week virtual group designed to help military couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster emotional and physical intimacy. Using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, this program offers practical tools tailored to the unique experiences of military families.
